Booking and Confirmation:-
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Minimum 30–40% advance is required at the time of booking.
- Balance payment must be cleared before arrival or on arrival (as agreed).
- Hotel rooms and ferry seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Final vouchers will be issued after full payment is received.

- 45 days or more before departure - 10% of total tour cost (administration charges)
- 30–44 days before departure - 25% of total tour cost.
- 15–29 days before departure - 50% of total tour cost.
- 07–14 days before departure - 75% of total tour cost.
- Less than 07 days - 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
- No refunds during peak season (Dec 15–Jan 15), regardless of cancellation
