  • Final vouchers will be issued after full payment is received.

  • 45 days or more before departure - 10% of total tour cost (administration charges)
  • 30–44 days before departure - 25% of total tour cost.
  • 15–29 days before departure - 50% of total tour cost.
  • 07–14 days before departure - 75% of total tour cost.
  • Less than 07 days - 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
  • No refunds during peak season (Dec 15–Jan 15), regardless of cancellation
